Hi, I’m Richard Fisher. Welcome to Tools Roar.
Living in San Fransisco and working as a waiter, I know exactly how high the cost of living can get to you. Just link everything else, labor cost is also very high in the area I live in. I grew up seeing my Dad handle all the little house chores on his own and learned to do the same.
He even had a small workshop, which was complete with all the essential tools to fix a broken handle, install a new pipe, renovate wooden furniture and so on. Throughout his retirement, he was the only handyman we saw at our home and gave us the same inspiration. I still remember the toy tool kit I got from Dad for my fifth birthday. How I went around the house fiddling with those tools thinking I was Bob the Builder!
After his death, I inherited his workshop and some of his skills too. The rest, I learned through experience. And so began my passion for tools. Now, you’ll find everything in my workshop, from the chainsaw and a variety of drills to a circular saw and an adjustable wrench. I can confidently say, I own everything that can handle all sorts of big and small DIY projects without acquiring the services of a professional.
Just last week, I built an entire bookshelf on my own, to present to my daughter on her eighth birthday. With her favorite characters from Frozen painted on the walls, she was thrilled to see it!
Of course, my tool collection isn’t solely the one I inherited from Dad. Although I still use many of those, including the old hacksaw which is still as powerful as it was when I was young, I brought in some of the latest equipment as well. You may call it an addiction but anything new of the sort that appears into the market needs to be tried!
I’m not alone in this passion, or addiction, of mine. I have got three other addicts in the team behind Tools Roar. Together, we do what we love most! Grab hold of the newest home improvement tools and use them to see if they’re any good. We review them on this website for you to benefit from.
If you’re not fond of wasting money on handymen just like me, you’ll find lots to learn here. From tips and guides to product reviews, you’ll find everything here that transforms you from a rookie to your own home handyman.
No need to call in a plumber if you have a broken pipe; just get in the gear and get down to work! That’s the entire purpose of this website, to make you self sufficient in handling your home projects. We hope that we have effectively managed to do so.
Enjoy your stay here. We hope you find everything here that you wished for. And if there’s anything missing, do let us know and we will get back to you ASAP. You can contact us here.
